Alyssa Honnette, Director of Operations, Ryan Tax
Alyssa Honnette is BRAYN’s Director of Operations and oversees BRAYN professionals who implement the firm’s R&D Credit, 174 Expense, Cost Segregation, 179D, 45L, Energy Star and Investment Tax Credit (ITC).
Alyssa’s has 12 years of experience in R&E/R&D Tax Applications, having spent the most recent 7+ years in RSM McGladrey’s Federal Credits & Incentives Group. For the last portion of Alyssa’s RSM tenure, she oversaw the quality review process for all R&D Credit applications to the A/E/C Industry nationwide.
Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Master of Arts (M.A.) degrees from Carleton College and Rice University, resp, and she is an IRS Enrolled Agent.
Hailey Pinzone, Ryan Tax
Hailey Pinzone is a seasoned professional in specialty tax projects, with expertise in areas such as 45L, 179D, cost segregation, and R&D. Since 2021, Hailey has been working with both residential and commercial real estate, handling projects ranging from single-family rental properties to large-scale developments, including 450-unit apartment complexes. Her extensive experience spans a wide variety of tax-focused services in the real estate sector.
An active participant in several industry organizations, Hailey is involved with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and the Real Estate Financial Executive Association (REFEA). Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, she remains deeply engaged in the local real estate community.
