Peer Review Firms
Information for firms in the peer review program including scheduling and enrollment
Scheduling
- Notice of High-Risk Industry Area Fee
- Peer review firms who perform Yellow Book/A-133 engagements and/or ERISA engagements will incur a Peer Review High-Risk Industry Fee every three years to offset the enhanced regulatory oversight associated with these engagements. The fee, set at $150 per high-risk industry area, with a maximum of $300, is payable during the scheduling process. This is a fixed fee and not a per-engagement rate.

Enrollment
The actual cost of a firm's review will vary depending on the size of the firm, scope of practice, and selection of reviewers. In addition to the review costs that will be incurred every three years, enrolled firms will also pay an annual administrative fee to the Oklahoma Society of CPAs to cover the operational costs of the program. Firms enrolling after the beginning of the program's fiscal year (Nov. 1st) will be billed on a quarterly prorated basis.
