Oklahoma State University Foundation Elects Melinda Stinnett, CPA, and Craig Boelte, CPA, to Board of Governors

The Oklahoma State University Foundation Board of Governors has elected three new trustees, including two OSCPA members and CPAs - Craig Boelte of Edmond, Oklahoma; Melinda Stinnett of Tulsa; and Carl Wiese of Edmond, Oklahoma. Their diverse professional knowledge and experience make them welcome additions to the Foundation’s governing body.
Craig Boelte, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Paycom, where he has held the CFO role since 2006 and the treasurer position since 2017. With over 36 years of experience in the workforce management and HR industry, Boelte has a deep background in accounting, having previously run his own accounting practice and served as a senior tax manager at Deloitte & Touche. He is a member of the OSCPA and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). Boelte holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Science in accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Melinda Stinnett, CPA, is the founder of Stinnett & Associates, which she led from 2001 until its acquisition by CBIZ in 2022, growing the firm to over 120 team members and expanding services in areas like cybersecurity, data analytics, and ESG. After the acquisition, she served as senior managing director, co-leading CBIZ’s Risk Advisory Services practice until her retirement in March 2024. Stinnett is deeply involved in her community, serving on several boards, including the Tulsa Community College Foundation and the OSU Foundation. She has been recognized with numerous honors, including the OSU Alumni Association’s Distinguished Alumni Award and the OSCPA's 2021 Outstanding Member in Business & Industry.
