HoganTaylor Announces Megan Rooney, CPA, as FMS Partner

HoganTaylor recently named Megan Rooney,CPA, as Financial Management Services (FMS) Partner.

Megan has more than 15 years of accounting experience with a focus on process improvement, system implementation, and acquisition integration. She has successfully led two Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations from start to finish, developed Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls for a publicly traded company, and guided multiple acquisitions.

Prior to joining HoganTaylor, Megan worked with both public and private companies in Oklahoma City, primarily in the oil and gas industry. She has held leadership roles as Controller and Division Controller across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, drilling and trucking services, remote accommodations, and infrastructure.

Megan is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the OSCPA. In addition, she holds Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations. Megan earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
