Andy Cox, CPA, has been promoted to a senior in assurance in the HoganTaylor LLC Tulsa office.

Cox earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tulsa (TU). He joined HoganTaylor in 2020.

Mattie Daily has been promoted to a manager in assurance in the HoganTaylor Tulsa office.

Daily earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern State University. She joined Hogan Taylor in 2015.



Edgar Delgadillo-Plasencia, CPA, has been promoted to a manager in assurance in the HoganTaylor Oklahoma City office.

Delgadillo-Plasencia earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Oklahoma State University (OSU). He joined HoganTaylor in 2016.

Andy Karlin has been promoted to a manager in assurance in the HoganTaylor Tulsa office.

Karlin earned bachelors degrees in accounting and finance from OSU. He joined HoganTaylor in 2015.



Mickey Peercy, CPA, has been promoted to a consulting manager in advisory in the HoganTaylor Oklahoma City office.

Peercy earned a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration from the TU. He joined HoganTaylor in 2017.

Megan Rooney, CPA, CMA, CGMA, has been promoted to a consulting executive in advisory in the HoganTaylor Oklahoma City office.

Rooney earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from OSU. She joined HoganTaylor in 2021.

Kathleen Seal has been promoted to a manager in assurance in the HoganTaylor Tulsa office.

Seal earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University. She joined HoganTaylor in 2013.

Abbie Winchester, CPA, has been promoted to a senior in assurance in the HoganTaylor Oklahoma City office.

Winchester earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from East Central University. She joined HoganTaylor in 2019.
