Event Recap: Leadership Summit

Last Friday, OSCPA members tapped into their leadership potential at the OSCPA's Leadership Summit. 

The new OSCPA Summit offered a well-rounded look at what it means to be a professional and community leader. 

Leaders of the OSCPA and community joined together to explore the value of empathy, tough conversations and creating space for service to others. 

Speakers included OSCPA members Jimmy Williams, CPA/PFS, CFP, founder of Compass Capital Management in McAlester; and Andy Cromer, CPA, director with HSPG & Associates in Oklahoma City. 

Jeff Wilkie, advisory principal with HoganTaylor in Tulsa, and Anne Roberts, a professor at Oklahoma City University, were also among the events speakers. 

This event was hosted at the OSCPA's new event space, The Meeting Place, in Oklahoma City, which is conveniently located a few doors down from the OSCPA's soon-to-be new office space. 

OSCPA leadership who attended the Leadership Summit were able to tour the new space, which is currently under construction.
