2022 award winners take center stage
June 16, 2022
The OSCPA rolled out the red carpet to honor the most outstanding member accomplishments this year with a standing ovation during its 104th Annual Members Meeting on June 10.
To open the show, members gathered in Norman the evening before to network, enjoy live music and participate in a fundraiser benefitting the OSCPA's Educational Foundation.
The OSCPA raised $1,300, which will go directly toward funding scholarships for Oklahoma accounting students.
The next day, virtual and in-person attendees received an AICPA Professional Issues Update from AICPA Chair Anoop Mehta, CPA, CGMA, and an ethics update from OSCPA Member Jim Small, CPA, CGMA.
In a grand finale, more than 100 members and their guests gathered for the Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon to honor the fourteen members in nine different categories who were recognized for their exceptional efforts and achievements made to the accounting profession in Oklahoma this year.
