Firm History: Cole + Reed began operations in the early 1950s and was known as Billups, Arnn, & Co. for many years. Mergers, partner retirements, and reorganizations over the years resulted in our current name, Cole + Reed, P.C., when Jimmie L. (Sam) Cole and Jerry A. Reed assumed ownership of the practice on January 1, 1988. The firm has grown to 10 partners and over 75 professionals and client service personnel. Cole + Reed provides services to businesses of all sizes throughout Oklahoma and the region, and has a reputation for providing quality, responsive service.
