Douglas Stives, AICPA

Doug Stives, CPA, MBA is a Professor of Accounting at Monmouth University in New Jersey, where he was named “Outstanding Business School Professor” in 2009. He was a partner for 36 years at The Curchin Group, a CPA firm in New Jersey, where he continues as a tax consultant. Doug has appeared on national and local television including CNN, CNBC, MS/NBC, FOX, PBS and all three major networks. He has been quoted in national publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Money, Business Week, and USA Today. Mr. Stives is a frequent lecturer for several organizations and serves as an instructor for various courses offered by the AICPA and other education providers. He is Past President of the New Jersey Society of CPA’s and also a past member of the AICPA Tax Division Executive Committee and AICPA Council.
