Oklahoma CPAs Named to 2026–2027 OSCPA Board of Directors

The Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) has announced its board of directors for the 2026–2027 fiscal year, bringing together a group of experienced professionals dedicated to supporting and advancing the accounting profession across Oklahoma. 

Serving as chair, Mark Neumeister, CPA, is a tax partner at Oklahoma City-based accounting firm Arledge. Neumeister brings more than 40 years of experience in tax planning and compliance. His leadership and deep understanding of the profession will help guide the organization as it continues to support CPAs across the state. 

Joining Neumeister on the executive committee are:

  • Chair-Elect Jacob Pasby, CPA, chief financial officer at Mack Energy
  • Vice Chair Angela Baker, CPA, instructor of professional practice at Oklahoma State University
  • Treasurer Amber Jones, CPA, principal at Ledgistic Accounting Solutions
  • Secretary Austin Foust, CPA, tax senior manager at HoganTaylor
  • Past Chair Josh Elder, CPA, assurance senior manager at HoganTaylor

Also serving on the board are six directors at large, including: 

  • Leah Ashrafi, CPA, assurance senior at HoganTaylor
  • Sam Blodgett, CPA, tax professional at Gray, Blodgett & Company
  • Ryan Doolin, CPA, staff tax accountant at Lohrey & Associates
  • Yamila Pons, CPA, senior audit manager at EideBailly
  • Arthur “Chuck” Rahill, CPA, partner at Wedel Rahill
  • Anant Singhal, CPA, manager at Deloitte

“I look forward to working alongside this group and continuing positive momentum for our profession and state, including growing the accounting workforce,” said Neumeister. “We have a solid board in place, and I’m excited to continue building on the work being done to support our state.” 

The new board began its term on May 1, 2026. Throughout the year, the board will focus on professional development, advocacy, and strengthening the profession and communities across Oklahoma.
