Gwen Mazzola, CPAGwen Mazzola, CPA, was recently appointed to HoganTaylor's 2023 Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans (ERISA Advisory Council). This council is made up of 15 members and provides advice on policies that affect employee benefit plans enacted by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.

Mazzola has been in the accounting and audit field for more than 25 years. She has been with HoganTaylor since 2008 and currently serves as their Lead Employee Benefit Plan Partner.

OSCPA's March Mix & Mingle

Last week, 10 OSCPA members attended the Society's March Mix & Mingle at Up-Down in Oklahoma City. Members enjoyed playing retro-style arcade games while networking with professional peers.

OSCPA's March Lunch + Learn 

The OSCPA recently hosted more than 50 members at its monthly Lunch + Learn. 

Speaker John Cottengim, the administrator of gross production for the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC), provided OSCPA members with an update on Gross Production Tax in the state of Oklahoma.
