2023 OTC Forum recap

Last week, the OSCPA's Tax Committee held its joint annual meeting with the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) to address impending changes and procedures that may impact CPAs, their businesses and their clients.

The meeting hosted 18 OSCPA representatives – including members of the OSCPA's Tax Committee,  staff and board members – as well as eight representatives from the OTC. Members of the OSCPA Tax Committee submitted questions to the Commission during the hour-long meeting and the OTC addressed each.

The OTC discussed its plans to update taxpayer notification letters, discussed  issues related to Stroble v. Oklahoma Tax Commission and more. Download the full Q&A list (11-page PDF).
