New Leadership Leads the Way: OSCPA Announces 2025-2026 Board Members

The Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) announced its new slate of board members for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, bringing together a dynamic group of leaders poised to steer the organization toward the continued success of the accounting profession in Oklahoma.
Leading the charge as Chair is Josh Elder, CPA, Assurance Senior Manager at HoganTaylor. Elder’s wealth of experience and strategic vision will undoubtedly drive OSCPA forward as it navigates the evolving landscape of the accounting profession.
Joining Elder is:
- Chair-Elect Mark Neumeister, CPA, Tax Partner at Arledge & Associates, P.C.
- Vice-Chair Jacob Pasby, CPA, Chief Financial Officer at Mack Energy
- Treasurer Angela Baker, CPA, Accounting Faculty at Oklahoma State University School of Accounting
- Secretary Amber Jones, CPA, Accounting Consultant at Ledgistic Accounting Solutions
- Past Chair Ross McKinney, CPA, Tax Senior Manager at Carr, Riggs, & Ingram
Rounding out the board are six esteemed Directors at Large:

- Dorothy Carson, CPA, Senior Tax Manager at Hood & Associates CPAs
- Ashley M. Fogle, CPA, Tax Partner at HoganTaylor
- Ara Grigorian, CPA, Owner of Percent Complete CPA
- Arthur Rahill, CPA, Partner at Wedel Rahill
- Yamila Pons, CPA, Senior Audit Manager at EideBailly
“I've been lucky to work with many of these board members throughout my years of volunteering with the OSCPA, and I look forward to making positive changes as we tackle the challenges the profession and Oklahoma CPAs are facing,” said Elder. “[These members] are stewards of the profession—each bringing expertise and diverse perspectives that are invaluable as we navigate what's on the horizon.”
The 2025-26 OSCPA board will be sworn in at the 107th Annual Members Meeting on Monday, June 23. Turning their attention to fostering the future of the CPA profession, championing public trust and financial literacy of Oklahoma communities and beyond, and elevating the professional development of CPAs in the state.
